  • Registration will be held in Alumni Hall on Fri. afternoon

  • The Judge's Lounge will be available in the Library

  • Students may gather in Alumni Hall or the Dining Hall

  • The Tab room will be located adjacent to the Dining Hall

  • Buses will need to park at the Indy Cycloplex north of campus, a shuttle will be available for drivers

Covid-19 Precautions

  • Masks are required for all visitors to the Marian University campus

  • Competitors may NOT remove their masks when speaking

  • All participants are encouraged to follow social distancing guidelines

Hotel Recommendations

Food & Hospitality

Marian University will provide snacks and hospitality throughout the day

  • Coaches will receive meal vouchers for competitors at registration. Vouchers can be redeemed in the Dining Hall.

  • Snacks for competitors will be available in Alumni Hall

  • Breakfast will be provided in Alumni Hall

  • Judge hospitality will be available in the Library

  • Starbucks and Subway are available on campus and will be open throughout the day
